Orange Trifle

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 oranges
  • 4 tbsp Cointreau
  • 100 g ladyfingers
  • 500 g pudding (cream pudding)
  • chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the oranges, removing the white pith. Cut the orange segments into pieces. Place the Cointreau in a shallow plate. Cut each ladyfinger into three pieces and briefly dip them in the Cointreau. Layer the ladyfingers, orange segments, chocolate sprinkles, and cream pudding alternately in four glasses.
