Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 stalk(s) leek, cut into rings
- 6 mushrooms, sliced
- 300 g chicken breast fillet(s), shredded
- some olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 jar white wine
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 250 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 chili pepper(s), finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Heat oil and butter in a large pan. Sauté the leek, chicken, chili pepper, and mushrooms until lightly browned, then deglaze with the wine and a small glass of water. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add the parsley and cream, stir well, bring back to a boil, and season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Serve on plates, garnished with a lemon wedge, and serve with rice.
