simple and juicy

Grate the zest from the organic oranges. Squeeze out the juice, measure 120 ml, and set aside. Beat the butter and sugar for 5 minutes until creamy and white. Gradually beat in the eggs, one at a time. Each egg must be fully incorporated. Then add the grated orange zest, yogurt, flour, and baking powder and mix thoroughly. Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined loaf pan and bake at 175°C (convection oven) for 40-50 minutes (depending on your oven). Do the toothpick test! Meanwhile, bring the orange juice and 20 g of sugar to a boil. Once the cake is ready, pour the syrup over it. Let it cool.
