Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 130 g butter, melted
- 4 eggs, size M
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 225 g sugar
- 250 g wheat flour type 405
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 5 cl orange blossom water
- 4 tbsp honey
- 65 g almond flakes

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Cake with a slightly floral note
Sift the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon. Beat the eggs, vanilla extract, and butter with a hand mixer until fluffy. Add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture is creamy. Gradually mix in the flour. Stir in the honey, orange blossom water, and yogurt thoroughly. Pour into a 25cm springform pan, smooth the surface, and sprinkle with the flaked almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for 50-55 minutes. Test with a toothpick for doneness. Let cool on a wire rack.
