Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 350 g minced chicken breast
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 40 g pistachios, chopped
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp salt
- some flour, for dusting
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine the minced meat, breadcrumbs, pistachios, egg, and spices in a bowl. Form the mixture into walnut-sized balls. Roll the balls in flour and fry them in batches in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with grilled vegetables, rice, and a garlic dip.
