Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g Rigatoni, whole wheat
- 4 spring onions
- 1 zucchini
- 1 can beans (chili beans)
- 1 jar of mu-err mushrooms
- 1 beefsteak tomato(s)
- ¾ jar Cantonese sauce
- Spice mix (Chinese spice)
- curry
- Salt
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with lots of fiber
Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water. Slice the spring onions into rings and the zucchini into quarters, then sauté both in a pan with a little oil. Drain the mushrooms, chop them, and add them. Drain the beans and noodles and mix them with the Cantonese sauce. Slice the tomato and mix in. Bring everything to a boil quickly, season with spices, and serve immediately.
