Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 225 g butter
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 240 g flour
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cream the butter with the powdered sugar and salt until fluffy, then slowly add the flour and knead into a smooth dough. Chill the dough for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Roll out the dough to 1/2 cm thick and cut out circles or any desired shapes. Prick several times with a fork. Bake on the middle oven rack for about 5-8 minutes.
