Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg Brussels sprouts
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Brussels sprouts with a twist, from the oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Trim and wash the Brussels sprouts, then halve them. Arrange them cut-side up on the baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Then turn the Brussels sprouts over and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with just potatoes. So simple, so delicious, and not a bit bitter!
