Oven-baked cottage cheese patties with chive and yogurt dip

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g cottage cheese herbs
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 200 g yogurt
  • ½ bunch chives
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180ºC (top/bottom heat). Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and grate the carrot. Mix the cottage cheese, egg, 60g breadcrumbs, onion, and carrot well. Season with salt and pepper. With wet hands, form patties and coat them in the remaining breadcrumbs. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with a little oil and place in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Turn over after 10 minutes and brush with a little more oil. Finely chop the chives and mix with yogurt, salt, and pepper. This goes very well with a salad.
