Oven-baked fried potatoes

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 5 large potatoes
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • curry powder
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the raw potatoes, cut them into approximately 0.5 cm wide slices, place them in a bowl, add olive oil, onion, garlic, and seasonings, and mix well. Then let them rest for a while. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, sprinkle with a little more salt if desired, and roast for 20 minutes at 200°C fan-assisted oven. Turn once and roast for another 10 minutes.
