Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 processed cheese corner
- 200 g yogurt
- e.g. breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Paprika powder, hot
- chili flakes
- basil
- Parsley
- chives
- Thyme
- Soy sauce
- sage
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Form the prepared dough into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 190°C on the middle rack. These delicious meatballs will be ready in 40 minutes. I made 18 meatballs, roughly the size of tangerines, from the specified amount of dough.
