Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 mushrooms
- Cheese
- 1 pack of herb butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mushrooms stuffed with herb butter and topped with cheese
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, then press a cube of herb butter into the center of the mushroom. Place a small slice of cheese on top. Bake the mushrooms in the oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Consume quickly, as they cool very quickly. This is a great side dish or as a snack.
