Stuffed mushrooms with crème fraîche

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 half spring onion(s)
  • 1 half garlic clove(s)
  • some cheese, grated (e.g. Maasdammer)
  • some olive oil or rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Finely dice the onion, spring onion, garlic clove, and mushroom stems and fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes. Let cool slightly, then stir in the crème fraîche and grated cheese. Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture and bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot!
