Oven-baked potato salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g potatoes, small
  • 400 g turkey breast
  • 300 g broccoli, in florets (frozen)
  • 4 spring onions
  • 400 ml Miracle Whip
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, brush them, and quarter them. Cut the turkey breast into strips and season with salt and pepper. Toss the potatoes, turkey breast, and broccoli florets with 5 tablespoons of Miracle Whip. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C on the bottom rack for about 30 minutes; everything should be tender. Slice the spring onions into thin rings. Place the potatoes, broccoli, and meat in a large bowl, carefully fold in the remaining Miracle Whip and spring onions, and serve while still warm.
