Oven-baked salmon with dill sauce and potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g potatoes
  • 600 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare two ovenproof dishes and a bowl. Cook the potatoes. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and florets and place them in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Grease the second dish with butter and place the salmon fillet in it. Season with salt and black pepper. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 15 minutes. Chop the onion and dill, and zest the lemon. Mix everything in a bowl with sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Cut the lemon into wedges. Serve the salmon with potatoes, cauliflower, dill sauce, and lemon wedges.
