Chili gnocchi with goat cheese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 400 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • 150 g creamy goat cheese or fresh cheese
  • e.g. cayenne pepper
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • e.g. chili powder
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • possibly water or vegetable broth, optional
  • 800 g gnocchi

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

vegetarian, quick, hearty

Clean all the vegetables and cut them into medium-sized pieces. Sauté the onion in a deep pan until slightly translucent. Add the zucchini and bell pepper pieces and fry. Add the passata and simmer for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender. Add the goat cheese and season with all the spices until the desired spiciness is reached. Now press the garlic and add it. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water or stock. Fry the gnocchi in another pan according to the package instructions or boil them in water. For maximum spiciness, serve immediately hot.
