Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork strips
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 300 ml cream or Cremefine
- 50 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- some paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Preheat oven to 170°C (top and bottom heat). Season the shredded meat generously with salt, pepper, and paprika and arrange it in an ovenproof dish. Brush the mushrooms, slice them, and arrange them on top. Pour cream or Crème Fine over them. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes. Caution: If you wash the mushrooms, they retain water, which will make the sauce too runny! Instead of mushrooms, you can also use sliced bell peppers and/or onions. You can vary this to your taste.
