Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 packs of feta cheese
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 cocktail tomatoes
  • 4 peppers, pickled
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • some olives, pickled
  • some pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • herbs, Italian

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the feta in a large baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs. Slice or halve the tomatoes, trim and dice the bell peppers. Slice the chili peppers, chop the onion, and place everything on top of the feta along with the olives. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Serve with baguette.
