Oven-roasted Cauliflower with Orange Dip

Orange dip

  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 1 Orange, the abrasion
  • 2 Garlic cloves, finely grated
  • 1 Spring onion, finely chopped
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt

Oven roasted cauliflower

  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 6 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp Ras-El-Hanout Spice Mixture Morocco
  • Salt

Orange dip

  1. Put the sour cream in a bowl, add the orange zest and the grated garlic cloves. Also the finely chopped spring onion. Season with salt and pepper and leave to stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Oven roasted cauliflower

  1. Divide the cauliflower into small florets and place in a bowl. Mix the oil with salt and the Ras-el-Hanout and pour over the cauliflower and mix very well. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the cauliflower florets on it and roast for 20-30 minutes on the middle rack in an oven preheated to 220 degrees. If you like the cabbage a bit crunchy, check it – 20 minutes may be enough. If you like it softer, you should take the 30 minutes.
