Oven roasted cauliflower
- 1 Cauliflower

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the cauliflower florets on it and roast for 20-30 minutes on the middle rack in an oven preheated to 220 degrees. If you like the cabbage a bit crunchy, check it – 20 minutes may be enough. If you like it softer, you should take the 30 minutes.
