Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1,000 g pork, cut into strips
  • 500 g onion(s), diced
  • 1 small can of pineapple, chopped
  • 2 small can/n mushrooms, third choice
  • 1 small bottle(s) of chili sauce or Mexican sauce
  • 1 large bottle(s) of curry ketchup, approx. 800 ml
  • 1 jar Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 1 small jar of tomato peppers, cut into strips
  • 500 ml cream
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 50 minutes

Party soup – super easy and delicious

Combine all ingredients and place in a roasting pan or a large, covered casserole dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) top/bottom heat for about 2.5 hours. Fresh baguette goes well with this soup. The soup will be quite spicy. If you prefer less spice, you can vary the amounts of seasoned sauces. This dish is easy to prepare and will still be delicious the day after the party.
