Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 kg turkey breast
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • Salt
  • 300 g peas (frozen)
  • 1 can peach(s), diced
  • 2 jars of mushrooms, 315 g each
  • 1 liter of cream
  • 200 ml ketchup (curry ketchup)
  • 500 ml broth
  • 2 packs of sauce powder (curry sauce with paprika pieces), 250 ml each

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with turkey and peach

Cut the turkey breast into strips. Mix the meat with soy sauce and curry powder and place in a casserole dish or roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange the peas, mushrooms, and peaches on top. Mix the cream, curry ketchup, and stock with the sauce mix and pour over the meat. Place in a cold oven and cook at 180°C for about 90 minutes. Serve with baguettes of white bread.
