- 250 g Quark
- 2 Red onions
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 300 g Sweet potatoes
- 300 g Potatoes
- 2 medium-sized Carrots
- 1 small Zucchini
- 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 2 Branches Rosemary fresh
- 3 Branches Lemon thyme
- 1 bunch Chives fresh
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Wash, clean and slice the zucchini. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into rings or slices. Mix the vegetables with 2 tablespoons of oil and season with salt and pepper. Pluck the rosemary and thyme from the twigs and finely chop and add. Wash the tomatoes.
