  • 250 g Quark
  • 2 Red onions
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 300 g Sweet potatoes
  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 2 medium-sized Carrots
  • 1 small Zucchini
  • 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 Branches Rosemary fresh
  • 3 Branches Lemon thyme
  • 1 bunch Chives fresh
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Wash, clean and slice the zucchini. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into rings or slices. Mix the vegetables with 2 tablespoons of oil and season with salt and pepper. Pluck the rosemary and thyme from the twigs and finely chop and add. Wash the tomatoes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Spread the vegetables on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes add the washed tomatoes to the vegetables.
