Ingredients
Oven vegetables:
- 1 Celery
- 1 half Kohlrabi
- 1 half Sweet potato
- 1 half Fennel
- 1 half Red onion
- 2 Mini papika
- 1 small Celery root
- 3 Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp Garlic pepper and salt
- Fresh cut rosemary
Dip:
- 200 g Low fat quark
- 0,5 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Grained cream cheese
- 1 shot Creme fine for cooking
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Garlic pepper
Instructions
Oven vegetables:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees! At the same time wash, peel and roughly chop all the vegetables. Put in a bowl and mix with oil, garlic pepper and salt. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cook in the oven for approx. 30-45 minutes!
Dip:
- Mix the quark, sour cream, grained cream cheese and cream fine and season with salt and garlic pepper! Also go well with fresh herbs!
