Oven Vegetables with Seaweed for Salad

  • 1 Paprika
  • 5 Large potatoes
  • 10 Small cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Fresh baby spinach
  • 0,25 Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 10 g Seaweed for salad
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 big pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tsp Mild paprika powder
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  1. First preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air.
  2. Now the washed vegetables can be cut into sticks and mixed with the spices and olive oil in a large bowl.
  3. Roughly chop the onion and garlic and add.
  4. Now spread the vegetables on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put them in the preheated oven.
  5. Soak the algae in a bowl of warm water for 3 minutes.
  6. After the vegetables have been in the oven for about 15 minutes, the spinach and algae are distributed among the vegetables.
  7. Now bake the whole thing again for 10 minutes in the oven until crispy.
