Oven Vegetables with Seaweed for Salad

- 1 Paprika
- 5 Large potatoes
- 10 Small cherry tomatoes
- 100 g Fresh baby spinach
- 0,25 Hokkaido pumpkin
- 1 Zucchini
- 10 g Seaweed for salad
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 big pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tsp Mild paprika powder
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- First preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air.
- Now the washed vegetables can be cut into sticks and mixed with the spices and olive oil in a large bowl.
- Roughly chop the onion and garlic and add.
- Now spread the vegetables on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put them in the preheated oven.
- Soak the algae in a bowl of warm water for 3 minutes.
- After the vegetables have been in the oven for about 15 minutes, the spinach and algae are distributed among the vegetables.
- Now bake the whole thing again for 10 minutes in the oven until crispy.
