Oyster mushroom sauce with minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 450 g oyster mushrooms, in small pieces
  • 200 ml cream
  • 400 ml milk
  • 100 ml crème fraîche
  • 5 basil leaves
  • some thyme
  • some oregano
  • 10 stalks of parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • some beef broth, instant
  • some cornstarch, to thicken

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

fresh oyster mushrooms in light sauce

Sauté the diced onions until translucent, then add the minced meat, fry, and season. Add the oyster mushrooms and fry. Then deglaze with cream, milk, and crème fraîche and let it reduce slightly. Meanwhile, finely chop the herbs and add them at the end, seasoning to taste. If you prefer a creamier sauce, you can thicken it with a little cornstarch. Spiral pasta goes very well with this, as it absorbs the sauce well.
