Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 shrimp(s)
  • 100g tofu
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 60 g soy sprouts, fresh
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 150 g rice noodles, wide
  • 30 g peanuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp tamarind sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp vegetable fat, neutral

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Thai-style dinner

Soak the noodles in cold water for about 30 minutes. Cut the tofu into finger-thick cubes, cut the onion into thin strips, and fry them in a pan with the shrimp and chopped garlic. Add the soaked noodles, tamarind sauce, and ketchup and fry briefly. Add the eggs and let them set in the hot noodles. Stir in the bean sprouts, chopped peanuts, finely sliced ​​spring onions, and lime juice, and serve.
