Pak Choi Beef Teriyaki

- 87 g Teriyaki seasoning paste
- 600 g Beef
- 1 Red pepper
- 200 g Pak Choi mustard cabbage
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
- 0,25 bunch Fresh coriander
- Heat a pan for 2 minutes at the highest level. Add the seasoning paste and heat briefly. Add the beef strips, fry for about 3 minutes and stir frequently.
- Add the chopped vegetables, fry for about 3 minutes and stir. Arrange pak choi beef teriyaki on plates and serve sprinkled with coriander leaves.
