Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g tomatoes
- 125g mozzarella
- 75 g pak choi
- basil
- rosemary
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean, wash, and finely chop the bok choy. Slice the mozzarella. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and slice them. First, place the bok choy in a baking dish, then alternate layers of mozzarella and tomatoes on top. Season with herbs, salt, and pepper, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
