Pan Fried Chicken with Tomatoes and Mango

  • 400 g Chicken breast fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chilli from the mill

other ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized Mango
  • 3 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 600 g Tomatoes

  1. Wash the chicken breast fillet – pat dry and cut into strips, season with salt, pepper and chilli

  1. Peel the onion and garlic, cut into small cubes and sauté briefly in a pan with hot oil,
  2. Now add the chicken breast fillets and fry until golden.
  3. Cut the tomatoes crosswise, pour hot water over them and then peel them, collecting the tomato juice and chopping the tomatoes.
  4. Peel the mango, remove the core and dice.
  5. Add the tomato juice, tomatoes and mango to the chicken breast fillet, bring everything to a boil and season again.
  6. If you want, you can thicken the chicken pan a bit – but this is not necessary.
