Pan Fried Chicken with Tomatoes and Mango
The perfect pan fried chicken with tomatoes and mango recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 400 g Chicken breast fillet
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilli from the mill

- 1 medium-sized Mango
- 3 Onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 600 g Tomatoes

- Wash the chicken breast fillet – pat dry and cut into strips, season with salt, pepper and chilli

- Peel the onion and garlic, cut into small cubes and sauté briefly in a pan with hot oil,
- Now add the chicken breast fillets and fry until golden.
- Cut the tomatoes crosswise, pour hot water over them and then peel them, collecting the tomato juice and chopping the tomatoes.
- Peel the mango, remove the core and dice.
- Add the tomato juice, tomatoes and mango to the chicken breast fillet, bring everything to a boil and season again.
- If you want, you can thicken the chicken pan a bit – but this is not necessary.
