Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp flour
- 0.33 cup milk or oat milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- Oil for frying
- e.g. jam, e.g. strawberry-rhubarb jam
- n. B. Berries
- n. B. chocolate sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk together the eggs, flour, and cow’s or oat milk until smooth. Add a pinch of salt. Heat the oil in a pan. Pour in the batter and fry until golden brown, turning the pancakes 2-4 times. Spread the pancakes on a plate with strawberry-rhubarb jam, roll them up, and decorate with berries and chocolate sauce.
