Pancake cake with Nutella and bananas

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 jar Nutella
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel the banana and slice thinly. Mix the milk, flour, and eggs into a thin batter. Heat the oil in a frying pan on gas mark 4. Using a ladle, add a little batter to the pan and swirl the pan to spread it evenly over the bottom of the pan. Once the batter is firm on top, flip the pancake and let it sit for a moment. Remove the pancake from the pan. Repeat this process with all the batter. Place the first pancake on a separate plate, spread with Nutella, and place a few banana slices on top. Place another pancake on top, spread with Nutella, and arrange banana slices on top. Stack all the pancakes in this way. Finally, run a knife around the cake to distribute any Nutella that oozes out. The cake is now ready to cut into pieces.
