Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 85 g sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 5 drops of lemon flavor
- 1 orange(s)
- 10 g powdered sugar
- Nougat cream
Instructions

very simple and easy to convert
Mix together the milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and baking powder, then stir in the flour and baking powder while stirring constantly and continue stirring until the mixture is smooth. Preheat a coated pan (I recommend a non-stick one) with a little oil. Preheat to 7 (levels 1-9) and cook on level 6. Once the pancakes are cooked, add the batter a little at a time. Once the pancakes have cooled, cut out circles of different sizes and spread them with a little hazelnut spread, depending on your taste. Place a small dollop of orange on the top circle to secure it. Finally, dust everything with a little powdered sugar. Now just refrigerate the dessert for 30 minutes.
