Pancake with Applesauce
The perfect pancake with applesauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Pc. Egg yolk
- 10 dag Whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp Cane sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 125 ml Milk
- 3 Pc. Egg white
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 5 dag Raisins
- Rum
- Stir in the yolk, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and milk to form a viscous batter. Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt and mix with the first mixture. Melt the butter in a pan and pour in the dough, sprinkle with raisins and bake until golden brown on both sides (on a low heat) with 2 forks and serve with apple sauce and icing sugar. For the applesauce, peel, core and quarter the apples. Cook in a little water or apple juice until soft and puree.
