Another Apple Pie … 😉
The perfect another apple pie … 😉 recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Lemon fresh
- 500 g Apples fresh
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 50 Milliliters White wine dry
- 50 Milliliters Water
- 400 Milliliters Apple juice
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 30 g Marzipan raw mass
- 75 g Butter
- 30 g Sugar
- 100 g Flour
- 100 g Butter
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tablespoon Ice cold water
- 200 g Flour
- Powdered sugar
- Squeeze the lemon. Quarter and peel the apples, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Mix with lemon juice. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, wine and water. Briefly bring to the boil. Take it from the stove and let it cool off. Drain and drain.
- Take away some of the apple juice. Stir the custard powder in it until smooth. Bring the remaining apple juice with sugar to the boil. Stir in the pudding powder. Bring to the boil while stirring. Let simmer for a minute. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.
- Coarsely grate the marzipan. Knead the butter with sugar, marzipan and flour to make crumble.
- Knead a dough out of butter, sugar, salt, water and flour. Grease an apple pan (or “normal” springform pan). Roll out the dough on a little flour and place in the pan.
- Spread the apple pieces on the dough base. Put the pudding on top and smooth it out. Spread the sprinkles on top.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Remove from the mold and place on a cake plate. Dust thick with powdered sugar.
