Pancake
- 200 g Spelled flour type 630
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0,5 teaspoon Baking soda
- 2 st Free range eggs
- 250 ml Milk
- 3 Tablespoon Rapeseed oil
- 0,25 teaspoon Salt
- 0,25 teaspoon Roast
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until cermy.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and add a tablespoon at a time to the sugar and egg mixture.
- Then the baking soda, then salt.
- Slowly stir in the milk, then the OIL.
- Set up a pan with oil, and add 3 tablespoons of the batter to the pan. Wait until there are bubbles, then turn over and fry over medium heat.
- Then if you like, serve with maple syrup and or sahna. This is an original recipe from Canada. They are super fluffy.
