  • 200 g Spelled flour type 630
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0,5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 2 st Free range eggs
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 3 Tablespoon Rapeseed oil
  • 0,25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0,25 teaspoon Roast
  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until cermy.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add a tablespoon at a time to the sugar and egg mixture.
  3. Then the baking soda, then salt.
  4. Slowly stir in the milk, then the OIL.
  5. Set up a pan with oil, and add 3 tablespoons of the batter to the pan. Wait until there are bubbles, then turn over and fry over medium heat.
  6. Then if you like, serve with maple syrup and or sahna. This is an original recipe from Canada. They are super fluffy.
