Fruity Punch
The perfect fruity punch recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 El Homemade tonka bean sugar
- 500 g Fresh strawberries
- 0,5 liter Riesling sparkling wine dry
- 0,5 liter Strawberry wine
- 250 ml Red currant juice
- 200 ml Oldesloher Korn
- The specified amounts of ingredients can be adjusted or changed depending on the number of people and taste.
- Clay bean vanilla sugar: First make the vanilla sugar: Put 200 grams of fine sugar, 3 scraped out vanilla pods in a glass and close. Let it steep for about 2-3 weeks.
- Then rub a tonka bean (depending on your taste, more or less) into the vanilla sugar, mix everything together and place in a container. Let it sit for a while (to taste)
- Fruity punch: Prepare and wash the strawberries. Cut into small pieces and place in a glass bowl.
- Sprinkle with the tonka bean sugar. Depending on the sweetness of the strawberries, more or less sugar.
- Variation 1: pour in the wine, sparkling wine, juice and grain and cover and chill for 6 hours.
- Variation 2: the same, but without the grain.
- 8th variant 3rd non-alcoholic variant: take non-alcoholic sparkling wine and wine and mix in the juice.
