Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • some milk
  • 12 eggs
  • some salt
  • some parsley or chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the flour and milk until smooth. Add the eggs and mix well. Season the mixture with salt to taste. Pour the finished mixture into a pan. When it begins to set over medium heat, lift the outer edge and pour any liquid from above into the set mixture. Repeat this process until the mixture is completely set. The surface should still be slightly moist. Sprinkle the pancake with parsley or chives and serve. For a variation, you can also add vegetables such as bell peppers to the finished mixture, if desired. Serve with a fresh salad. This dish contains approximately 235 kcal per serving.
