Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs XL
- 30 ml Sweet cream
- 50 g Almond flour
- 1 tsp Xylitol / xucker
- Coconut oil for frying
- Almond butter for brushing
Instructions
- Beat the eggs and whisk well, then add the other ingredients and stir well.
- Brush a ceramic pan with coconut oil and bake the batter for 2 pennies.
- Place on 2 plates and spread with almond butter or "homemade" Nutella (here in my cookbook) and enjoy - bon appetit
- Information: Almond flour has only 7.5 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams
