Pancakes with Almond Butter

The perfect pancakes with almond butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Eggs XL
  • 30 ml Sweet cream
  • 50 g Almond flour
  • 1 tsp Xylitol / xucker
  • Coconut oil for frying
  • Almond butter for brushing
  1. Beat the eggs and whisk well, then add the other ingredients and stir well.
  2. Brush a ceramic pan with coconut oil and bake the batter for 2 pennies.
  3. Place on 2 plates and spread with almond butter or “homemade” Nutella (here in my cookbook) and enjoy – bon appetit
  4. Information: Almond flour has only 7.5 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams
