Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and grate the apples. Blend all the other ingredients with a hand mixer until a fluffy batter forms. Stir in the apples. Heat a little oil in a pan and place small cakes in the oil. When one side is brown, turn over.
