Pancakes with Minced Goat Cheese Filling

The perfect pancakes with minced goat cheese filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Filling:

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • Sweet paprika
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 Pc. Green peppers
  • 1 Pc. Red peppers
  • 75 g Goat cream cheese

First:

  1. Place the pancakes in the oven on a plate at 50 degrees, then they are warm until the filling is ready.

Filling:

  1. Sauté the finely chopped onion in olive oil, add ground beef and stir-fry until it is crumbly. Add the Italian herbs and sweet paprika (powder), season with salt and pepper. Then mix in the diced peppers. As soon as the peppers have the desired consistency (some like it crunchy, others prefer it softer), stir in the goat’s cream cheese, simmer gently. Finally, season again with salt and pepper.

Annotation:

  1. My goat cream cheese was already seasoned with red onions and thyme. Goes well with this dish, but is not a must! If you don’t have this, you can of course also use natural goat cream cheese or cow’s milk cream cheese.

Finish:

  1. Place half of the filling on each of the heated pancakes and wrap it around the filling.
