Pancakes with Ham and Cheese Filling

Ingredients
 

  • 6 St Pancakes
  • 6 Discs Butcher ham
  • 300 g Brie
  • 3 St Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Ger. cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 150 °
  • Prepare pancakes according to KB [I added 2 tablespoons of rocket pesto to the pancake batter
  • Cover the pancakes with ham slices, place brie cheese in strips and tomato slices at the bottom, roll up and place in an ungreased casserole dish
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and grill in the oven until the cheese has run
  • Enjoy your meal
