Spread the love

Ingredients for 11 servings:

  • 200 g corn, ground
  • 100 g buckwheat, ground
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 600 ml mineral water, carbonated
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, vegan

Turn on the stove and place the pan on the pan. Combine the dry ingredients and slowly stir into the water. Corn and buckwheat are very dry, so more seltzer is needed. Depending on whether you’re planning to eat them sweet or savory, adjust the sugar and salt levels. Reduce the heat slightly, add a little batter (it should only be as large as a spatula), and fry until golden brown on both sides. Usually, no more fat is needed after the second or third pancake; the pan will be hot enough. My own recipe.
