- 30 g flour (e.g. whole wheat flour)
- 40 ml milk
- 30 ml carbonated mineral water
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 250°C. Weigh the flour and add the salt. Combine the milk and mineral water and stir into the flour. Finally, add the egg and mix everything together. Bake at 250°C for about 5-15 minutes on baking paper (it won’t stick). The whole serving has 200 kcal and tastes best with cinnamon and applesauce. Serving size: 4 people.
