Papa Noodles

The perfect papa noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Meat sauce:

  • 500 g Beef meat
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp Cooking cream
  • 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 2 tsp Rubbed oregano
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 500 ml Vegetable stock (2 teaspoons instant stock)
  • 2 tsp Tapioca starch

Spaghetti:

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil

Meat sauce:

  1. Heat sunflower oil (1 tbsp) in a pan, fry the beef in it until crumbly. Stir in tomato paste (3 tbsp) and cooking cream (3 tbsp) and season with coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches), colored pepper from the mill (3 big pinches), grated oregano (2 teaspoons) and sugar (1 teaspoon) . Pour in the vegetable stock and let everything simmer / cook for approx. 10-15 minutes. Finally, thicken with the tapioca starch (2 teaspoons) dissolved in a little cold water.

Spaghetti:

  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water (1 teaspoon of salt) according to the instructions on the package, pour it through a kitchen sieve, return it to the hot saucepan and stir with sunflower oil (2 tablespoons) so that they do not stick together.

Serve:

  1. Serve the spaghetti with the meatloaf, garnished with a basil tip.
