Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g pasta (pappardelle)
- 1 small can of chanterelles
- 75 g ham, diced
- 1 cup cream cheese with chanterelles
- 1 bottle of Cremefine, or equivalent amount of cream
- some butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain. Meanwhile, drain the chanterelles, let them drain well, and chop them slightly. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms and ham for a while. Add the cream cheese and Cremefine, mix well, season to taste, and stir in the parsley.
