Goat cheese and honey dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mild goat’s cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp Aceto balsamico, white
  • 2 small chili peppers, fresh jalapeno
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper, green ad mill

creamy dressing also great as a dip

Mash the cream cheese with a fork, then whisk in the honey, milk, and vinegar until smooth. Halve, trim, wash, and finely dice the jalapeno peppers. Mix into the dressing and season with salt and pepper. This dressing pairs best with romaine lettuce, celery, and grilled zucchini. If you make the dressing without milk, it will be thicker and is perfect as a dip for vegetable sticks or as a filling for baked potatoes.
