Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 small onions
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 slices of processed cheese
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 80 g olives
  • 400 g Spätzle from the refrigerated section
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • some pepper
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Finely chop the onions and garlic and add them to a deep pan with a little hot oil. Chop the washed bell peppers and add them to the onions along with the chopped chili peppers, then fry. Deglaze everything with the vegetable stock. Add the processed cheese and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Halfway through, add the sliced ​​tomatoes and olives. Before the desired consistency is reached, add the spaetzle and heat through. Stir in the grated cheese and season with pepper and/or spices.
