Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, diced
- 2 half chicken breasts, diced
- 5 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 dash of cream or cremefine
- 200 g spiral pasta
- Water (salt water)
- some chicken seasoning (e.g. fajita, Mexico)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with noodles
Brown the diced meat in a little oil and cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Add the diced bell peppers to the meat and season to taste with a few pinches of the spice mix. Let the vegetables and meat cook for a few minutes, then add a generous splash of cream and the tomato paste. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix everything thoroughly.
