Paprika Filled Differently

The perfect paprika filled differently recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Green peppers
  • 3 tbsp Cooked mashed potatoes
  • 1 disc Cooked ham diced
  • 1 tbsp Grated cheese
  • Some salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley – wild garlic is also good
  • 4 tbsp Tomatoes happens – passata
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • Wild garlic instead of parsley – if you like
  • Chilli optional
  1. Since red and yellow peppers are always eaten immediately, green peppers are left over. However, it is often eaten in this form
  2. Cut off the bell pepper lid generously and clean the inside of the bell pepper.
  3. Mix the cape with the diced ham and the grated cheese as well as the parsley, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put everything into the hollowed-out bell pepper, put the lid on it
  5. Put in a saucepan with vegetable stock and cook for about 15-20 minutes in a closed saucepan (it works better in a casserole in the oven)
  6. Mix the remaining vegetable stock with passata, season to taste (you can also add chilli if you like it) and serve the peppers with it (don’t forget to put the lid on)
