Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g lean beef
  • 200 g onion(s)
  • 400 g bell pepper(s)
  • 4 tsp oil
  • 8 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp, strained broth, instant
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder, hot
  • some salt

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Cut the meat into cubes, peel the onions and slice them into rings. Trim the peppers and slice them into strips. Heat the oil in a roasting pan and sear the meat well on all sides, then add the onions and cook for 5 minutes. Make the stock from 250 ml of hot water and stir in the tomato paste. Now add the peppers to the meat, pour in the stock, season with paprika and salt, and simmer everything over low heat for 60 minutes. 41 g protein, 18 g fat, 12 g carbohydrates
